Below, we have addressed the most common inquiries regarding our logistical approach, vendor management, and service delivery across Uganda.
We recommend booking our services as soon as you have a date and a preliminary venue. For full-service planning, especially weddings and large corporate events, 9 to 18 months is ideal. This allows ample time for vendor selection and detailed design. For smaller events, 3 to 6 months is often sufficient. Contact us today to check our availability for your specific date.
Our pricing is fully customized based on the complexity, scale (guest count), location, and the level of service you require. We offer transparent, tailored packages following an initial consultation, ensuring you only pay for the expertise you need.
While based in Kampala, we proudly plan and execute events across all of Uganda, including destination weddings and retreats in regional parks and towns. We are also available for select international events. Our team is fully equipped to manage logistics for remote locations.
We maintain a curated list of trusted, high-quality Ugandan vendors, but we are completely flexible. We are happy to work with vendors you have already selected and equally capable of vetting and managing new vendors on your behalf, ensuring they meet our standards for professionalism and quality.
We specialize in Full-Service Planning and Design as this allows us to deliver the most flawless results. However, we do offer Partial Planning packages for clients who have secured a few key vendors but require our expertise for final coordination, design refinement, and on-site management.
